Great folks who just know what to do. Extremely skilled people come to your home and respect your space as if it was theirs. with the south county pinhole leak issue with the thin copper piping all should call Dime and get solutions before you have to open 10K to re-pipe your house. "Buy extra Time by using the folks at Dime". Even if you do re-pipe, you will want this system to protect that investment.

My boyfriend and I had been using a 5 gallon bottle service at our home for quite some time and were overall unimpressed with the convenience (or inconvenience!) of the system. We were looking for a better solution and product, when a friend suggested we check out RO systems; specifically Dime Water.

These guys are great, Mike is amazing at diagnosing problems over the phone, without hesitation or consideration of selling you something. I have a cannabis business in Mendocino and my well is toxic to plants. I have boron at roughly 8 ppm and over .2 it is bad at 2 PPM it is deleterious and over 5 is toxic. Beyond the the boron problem I had a leaf curl issue, Mike said was an organic compound , that He resolved over the phone with a Craigslist purchase for under $100. My options to to remediate my boron issue, from over a year of online and phone research, had a low end price of $60,000 and an average price of $160,000 to clean my issues through any services I could find and I needed to have at least 20 amps of 110 power. My property is off grid so there were options. I was thinking about drilling a new well for $30,000 but in the process ,Weeks drilling randomly said they just heard about some company in southern Cal that could help and did their own research and gave me Dime waters number. Mike Ryan and Diane were very kind and emphatic in every call I made. Which was a lot. They designed a system that required minimal power. Only .2 watts to clean 8 ppm of boron at a rate a recharge rate of 17500 gallons which cost me only $12 a recharge, although in actual practice cleaned 12,000 which is still truly amazingly. I built a room that enclosed the whole unit with 55 gallons of hydrochloric acid and caustic soda Bad idea, by the way. Maybe 2 rooms and have ventilation. So I burned up a bunch of stuff. Ryan to the rescue. He walked me through everything 3x. Their whole crew is so professional, or maybe idiot proofed, you can tell by what's coming out of your own mouth , that if you were in there shoes sometimes, they should be telling you " you dumb ass, I told you not to mix acid and base in the same place or whatnot"Anyway, hours of calls. Ryan walkjed me though resetting everything, diagnosing without sending a $600 package through the mail. Oh, this is getting too long. These guys are great. Kind, helpful, informative, not out there trying to just sell you their hand worked products, they truly want to help your situation and work their minds to "Dew (~);}" it , very polite people. Diane answers the phone, my imagination has her as a very well bred, mannered matriarch of a long line of powerful ladies that form good families with righteous values and respect, period regardless of what you are wearing or where you are working, but definitely have your elbows off the table and napkin in your lap, use your eyes when talking polite, good vibe and makes me happy to here her voice on the phone kinda thing. Ryan, full of knowledge and helpful as all get out, righteously appreciate his help getting me straight. Ryan will get very technical and may go over the layman's ability to comprehend what he is saying, but by the second time he puts it down you get a little epiphany, of Oh. Pretty cool. tell me 2x in a language I don't understand and then understand, pretty good. Especially considering after 7 years through HS and college I barely can understand Deutsh or German. Mike, Elder statesman of the water ways, kicking down hard earned knowledge for free and even selling me a product that I couldn't even buy for less than $60,000 for a small fraction. Thank you guys. It's been 3-4? Years of hurdles and it's still working. There have been many unforseeable setbacks that they have rectified due to my parameters and issues. Anyway just wanted to give them a proper review. I believe Mike has a kind and worthy company and am glad they are out there. Dime Water is a fantastic partner in our endeavor to bring quality filtration products to markets we service. Both Mike and Dianne are excellent at what they do. And they go above and beyond. We recently purchased a water system from them and sent it to our customer. They happened to be in on a Saturday and my customer called them for installation advise. The Aquafer water conditioner is EXCELLENT. Before I installed, my hair was breaking and my skin was so very dry. My clothes smelled of the dingy Moulton water. Since using the Aquafer, my clothes are cleaner, my skin is softer, and my hair is always complimented. I use this in conjunction with the under the sink water purifier and my water tastes wonderful. The kids love it and ask why the water everywhere else tastes so bad. I tell them that Dime Water is watching out for our health and makes the water taste great!

The customer service is impeccable. Dianne follows up so promptly that I have no time to worry about the timing of changing filters or whether a filter is needed! It is wonderful.

Years ago we were searching for a filter system for our well. Every company we talked to failed to offer a simple low cost solution. After talking with Mike, the owner and engineer at Dime Water we were a little skeptical because he was offering something that seemed too good to be true.
