Dianne Kuypers serves as the President and Chief Financial Officer of Dime Water, Inc., bringing decades of industry experience and a deep-rooted passion for operational excellence. Her responsibilities span a wide range of leadership roles, including banking, financial strategy, payroll, bookkeeping, pricing, human resources, residential sales, and coordinating domestic and international freight shipments. She also oversees accounts receivable and payable, service appointments, and the company’s internal systems and procedures.

With a strong foundation in bookkeeping and accounting, Dianne's career began as the original employee of a large water conditioning manufacturer founded by her father, Fred Glines. There, she was tasked with establishing all financial and business office operations from the ground up. Her dedication, leadership, and financial acumen continue to guide Dime Water's success and uphold its commitment to quality, service, and innovation.
