A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Marquette University, Ryan Kuypers brings over 25 years of leadership, project management, and operational experience to his role at Dime Water, Inc.  His background includes nine years of active duty service as a U.S. Army Officer, where he developed the discipline and strategic insight that continue to guide his professional career.  Other previous roles include Production Team Leader and Inventory Leader at GE Healthcare and Project Manager at National Oilwell Varco, giving him valuable insight across engineering, manufacturing, and global supply chains.

At Dime Water, Ryan is responsible for coordinating all engineering functions, including C&I quotations, product design, component specification, quality control, system documentation, and customer technical services.
