Warranty

This warranty covers all parts proven to be defective in material, workmanship, or factory preparation. THE WARRANTY APPLIES FOR THE FIRST FULL YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. Items subject to normal maintenance (o-rings, filter elements, etc.) are NOT COVERED under this warranty.

 

Items replaced under warranty will be warranted for a period of 1 year from the date of return shipment of the repaired/replacement unit to the owner. Defective products will be replaced or repaired at the manufacturer’s option if, within the above period of time, any product shall be proven to the manufacturer’s satisfaction to be defective.

 

 Dime Water, Inc. will not be subject to and disclaims:

• all consequential, incidental, and contingent damages
• any obligation arising from tort claims (including negligence and strict liability) or arising under other theories of law
• any other obligations or liabilities arising out of breach of contract or of warranty

 

This warranty is granted solely to the original buyer and is not transferable. Warranty does not cover shipping, labor, service, or installation charges. Dime Water, Inc. may in some cases ask you to take a digital picture of any damage or warranty claim.

 

All parts claimed to be defective under warranty are to be returned, freight prepaid, for inspection. Dime Water, Inc. will require a COMPLETE description, photographs, detailing the failure of the defective part sent via email or mail. Once we receive the defective part back and evaluate it for warranty compliance, we can ship out a replacement part quickly. A deposit on the replacement part is required, typically with a credit card. We will issue a credit if the part is a warranty defect and this is necessary because of nonreturns.
